A 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
The securing deposit is non-refundable. Your booking is secured once the required deposit has been paid and we have confirmed it.

Bottomless pizza is £35 per person, with a minimum pizza charge for 30 guests (£1,050). For exclusive Friday and Saturday evening hire, there is a £1,600 minimum total event spend, including your pizza charge and drinks.
For 30 guests, that means £1,050 for bottomless pizza plus £550 towards drinks or other agreed purchases. The minimum is £1,600 altogether, not £1,600 plus the pizza charge. Spending above £1,600 is charged in addition.
Guests can buy their own drinks and have those purchases counted towards the event total. If the total is below £1,600, the organiser pays the difference. We’ll agree the payment arrangements before you book.
This minimum applies to exclusive private hire, not ordinary bottomless pizza table bookings. Sunday–Thursday evening pizza private hire keeps the £1,050 minimum pizza charge, plus drinks.
Flexible Party Hire has a £1,600 minimum food-and-drink spend, with exclusive use of the venue and staff included. There is no separate venue hire fee.
You can use the spend on food, drinks or a combination of both. We’ll agree how this will work for your event before you book. Sunday Afternoon Tea Private Hire remains £31.45 per person, with a minimum package total of £943.50.
Yes. For Sunday afternoon tea, pay the difference up to the 30-person minimum package total of £943.50. For bottomless pizza, smaller groups can pay the minimum pizza charge of £1,050, equivalent to 30 guests.
For Friday and Saturday evening pizza private hire, the £1,600 minimum total spend still applies, including the pizza charge and drinks. The organiser covers any shortfall.
For a smaller celebration during normal service, you can book an afternoon tea table without exclusive use. For other arrangements, please speak to the team.
We seat up to 45 guests. We can adjust tables for a standing or buffet-style celebration; please tell us your planned guest numbers so we can confirm a suitable layout and capacity.
For Sunday Afternoon Tea Private Hire from 4:30–7:30pm, feel free to bring your own decorations and personalise the venue for your celebration. Setup access is available from 4pm.
Speak to us about your decorations and setup plans. Private hire includes access for setup 30 minutes before your agreed start time. For a 6:30pm Saturday hire, this means access from 6pm.
You can use our built-in Bluetooth music system. Your own DJ is permitted on Fridays and Saturdays only. Sunday–Thursday hires cannot have a DJ.
